By indenting the structure to the south east, it is possible to take advantage of the breeze from the south and east and the soft light from the sun in the morning. By indenting the south west, it is possible to create a buffer and pockets of greenery that will help to reduce the heat from the high sun in the afternoon. In addition, the north eastern part allows a framed view of the lake enjoyed from a space in between the adjacent upcoming building to the east and north.
