The structure's rectangular shape was produced from external factors, which also contributes to the benefit of having the most north-south surface. The amount of sunlight reaching the southwest corner is drastically reduced after the rectangular shape is skewered into a parallelogram. Through the atrium, which is highlighted by an architectural promenade that travels through the center and ends at the garden, the complex's zoning and location confined the built area in between two open spaces from the front and the back. A slight elevation is attained from the entrance as one moves down the central walk, revealing various characteristics of the places that surround their experience.
