Green Rest is a modern residential development, designed with both spatial efficiency and resident comfort in mind. Originally conceived with three units per floor, the layout was later modified to include four units per floor, maximizing space utilization and enhancing profitability for the developer, AMF.
All habitable spaces begin from the first floor, allowing the ground floor to serve as a hub for essential amenities. The area above the ramp for basement parking has been transformed into a serene swimming deck, offering an elevated aquatic retreat for residents.
At the rear of the building, a badminton court provides a dedicated space for recreation, while a lush garden at the front enhances the property’s welcoming atmosphere. The design extends this green space to the rooftop, creating a second garden that offers residents a peaceful, elevated outdoor area.
Walking trails have been thoughtfully integrated into both the ground-floor and rooftop gardens, providing independent paths for residents to enjoy leisurely strolls surrounded by greenery. These trails foster a strong connection to nature while encouraging community interaction.
The ground floor also houses a spacious community area and a prayer hall, addressing the social and spiritual needs of the residents. Green Rest merges contemporary living with recreational and communal spaces, offering a thoughtfully designed urban sanctuary for modern living.
