Fortuna is a modern residential complex that skillfully combines contemporary design with traditional construction materials, resulting in an elegant yet functional living space. The building features a harmonious blend of fair face concrete and brick, contributing to its distinct aesthetic.
Externally, the façade is adorned with decorative fancy bricks, providing a dynamic visual texture. On the interior, exposed bricks are used for partition walls, adding warmth and a raw, natural element to the space. The use of these materials not only enhances the building's overall durability but also brings a timeless quality to its design.
Facing west, Fortuna is positioned to take full advantage of its road-facing orientation. Every unit has been thoughtfully designed to offer unobstructed views toward the main road, creating a sense of openness and connectivity to the urban environment. This layout fosters an interaction between the private units and the bustling exterior, while maintaining individual privacy.
A unique feature of the design is the incorporation of mandatory open spaces, arranged between units in the form of layered gardens. These green areas act as natural buffers, providing tranquility and privacy while connecting the units visually and spatially. The integration of these gardens ties the entire development together, fostering a serene living experience in the heart of the city.
The parking is innovatively handled with a split-level design in the basement. The ground floor has been kept clear, enhancing accessibility and circulation. The basement parking is arranged in a staggered pattern, maximizing space utilization while offering a seamless parking experience.
Fortuna is a testament to the fusion of modern design principles with sustainable, robust materials, creating a comfortable and visually striking living environment.
