Commissioned by NDDL (Nassa Design and Developers Ltd.), Noor Rosalinda is a luxurious residential development that redefines modern living with its contemporary aesthetics and thoughtful design. The building features one luxury apartment per floor, offering residents privacy and exclusivity, hallmarks of NDDL's vision for luxury living.
The exterior is a striking combination of red brick and grey wall tiles, which come together to create a sleek, modern facade while maintaining warmth and character. The south-facing orientation allows for natural ventilation, with breezes flowing through the entire unit and exiting on the north and east faces.
Inside, the spatial organization follows a carefully designed plan. The central living areas provide a communal space for residents, ensuring natural light and cross-ventilation. Service areas are tucked away on the west side for privacy and practicality. Bedrooms are strategically placed on the east and northeast, benefiting from both morning sunlight and cool breezes.
A unique feature is the hollow lightwell on the east, designed as a wind catcher. This ensures that even when surrounding buildings are constructed, natural light and ventilation will remain abundant.
