The client wanted an abode for his children and grandchildren to come together and live with him for the rest of his life. He wanted to ensure adequate facilities for them within the house along with additional facilities that aren’t widely available in the city. These facilities include a yoga space and a massage and spa salon. The first three floors of the residence have been dedicated to guests. The ground floor is completely open, with a living room opening up to a garden on the east, which runs along the length of the site. The boundary wall on the east has a mural that has been preserved from the old house, acting as a reminiscence to the times when his children grew up there. All the private spaces have been laid out in a manner that ensure privacy can be maintained effortlessly while communal facilities bring them all together to a single place.
